Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026 · E11EVEN Analytics LLC

The short version

  • We collect what's needed to run GreenPrint: your account, your business's records, and basic technical information.
  • We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising, and there are no ad or tracking cookies.
  • Each business controls its clients' and team's information, and we handle it on the business's behalf.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion at any time.

The full privacy policy below is what counts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information GreenPrint collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. GreenPrint is run by E11EVEN Analytics LLC ("we", "us"), based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. It applies to the GreenPrint app and to the pages GreenPrint shows a business's clients (such as quote, invoice and booking pages).

1. Who is responsible for what

For your own GreenPrint account, we are responsible for your information. For information a business puts into GreenPrint about its clients and team, the business decides what goes in and how it is used, and we handle that information on the business's behalf. If you are a client or employee of a business that uses GreenPrint, please contact that business first about your information. We will help them respond.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way scrambled "hash", so we can't see it), the businesses you belong to and your role, and your Google account ID if you link Google sign-in.
  • Business records you and your team enter: business details; clients' names, contact details, service addresses, property notes, requests, quotes, jobs, visit checklists, photos, notes, messages, invoices and payments recorded; team members' names, contact details, roles, pay rates, schedules, hours and time-clock records, time off, documents and e-signatures; and bookkeeping records, including bank statement lines and receipts you upload.
  • Messages sent through GreenPrint: emails GreenPrint sends for a business (such as invites, quotes, invoices, reminders and password resets) with their delivery status, and client replies when a business has email replies turned on.
  • Feedback: what you write in Send feedback, any screenshot you attach, the page you were on, your browser and screen size, and recent error messages from the app.
  • Technical information: your IP address and browser or device type when you sign in, accept these documents, or when an error happens; details of errors so we can fix them; and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
  • Agreement records: which version of each document you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser you used.

We do not track your device's location. When a business turns on maps, the addresses it enters are converted into map coordinates to show pins and drive times.

3. Cookies

GreenPrint uses one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days or until you sign out. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

4. How we use information

  • To provide and run GreenPrint, including sending the emails a business asks GreenPrint to send.
  • To keep accounts and data secure and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated sign-in attempts).
  • To find and fix problems and to answer questions and feedback.
  • To improve GreenPrint, for example by reviewing feedback and errors.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run GreenPrint. They receive only what they need to do their job and must protect it:

  • Railway: hosting, the database and file storage (servers in the United States).
  • Postmark: sending email.

These providers are used only if a business turns on the matching feature:

  • Google: sign-in with Google, and maps and drive times.
  • Stripe: card payments.
  • Plaid: connecting a bank account.
  • Twilio: texting and calls.
  • Check: payroll.
  • Cloudflare: file storage.

We will update this list when we add a provider. We also share information:

  • within a business, with team members according to the access the business gives them;
  • with a business's clients, when the business sends them quotes, invoices, booking confirmations or reminders;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us; and
  • with a successor or affiliate if GreenPrint is reorganized, merged or sold. This policy continues to apply to information shared that way.

6. Where it is kept and how it is protected

Information is stored in the United States, in our hosting provider's data centers. It travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Each business's records are kept separate, and every request is checked against the business and the person making it. Access on our side is limited to the few people who run GreenPrint. The database is backed up daily and weekly. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify the affected businesses and people as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information while the account or business is active. When a business's pilot ends, its data is handled as described in the Pilot Agreement: it can request a copy for 30 days, we delete it within 60 days after that, and backup copies expire on their own, usually within a month after that. We keep agreement records, and anything we must keep for legal reasons, for as long as needed. We keep feedback and error reports only while they are useful for improving the app.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can see and update most of your account information in GreenPrint.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing jon@e11evenanalytics.com. We will respond within 30 days. If your information is part of a business's records, we may need to work with that business, because it controls those records.
  • GreenPrint sends service emails only, not marketing. If you are a client and don't want reminders from a business, ask the business to change your contact preferences.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

9. Children

GreenPrint is a tool for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will show the new version in GreenPrint, and you will be asked to read and agree to it before you continue. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
