Pilot Agreement

Effective October 18, 2026 · E11EVEN Analytics LLC

The short version

  • GreenPrint is free during the pilot.
  • Your business's data belongs to you. We use it only to run GreenPrint for you, and we never sell it.
  • This is early software. It will change and sometimes break. Tell us and we'll fix it.
  • Either of us can end the pilot. When it ends, you can get a copy of your data.

The full pilot agreement below is what counts.

This Pilot Agreement is between E11EVEN Analytics LLC ("we", "us"), which builds and runs GreenPrint, and the business you are setting up in GreenPrint ("you", "your business"). By selecting "I agree", you confirm that you have read this agreement and that you are authorized to accept it on behalf of your business.

1. What the pilot is

The pilot is early access to GreenPrint, software for running a field-service business: scheduling, clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, team hours and bookkeeping. During the pilot we may add, change or remove features, and we will use what we learn from your business to improve GreenPrint.

Some features are not turned on yet, such as card payments, a live bank connection, texting and payroll. Where a feature isn't available, GreenPrint says so and shows the manual way to do the same thing.

2. Cost

There is no charge for the pilot. If we offer paid plans later, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged anything unless you separately agree to a plan.

3. Your team's accounts

You decide who on your team gets access to GreenPrint and what each person can see and do. You are responsible for activity under your business's accounts, for keeping passwords private, and for removing access for anyone who should no longer have it. Tell us right away if you think an account has been used without permission.

4. Your data

"Your data" means everything you and your team put into GreenPrint (for example, client details, jobs, invoices, team records and files) and everything GreenPrint produces from it. You own your data.

You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your data only as needed to provide GreenPrint to you, keep it secure, back it up, and fix problems. We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it to advertise to anyone. We look at your data only when we need to: to support you, to fix a problem, to keep GreenPrint secure, or when the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

5. The people in your data

You confirm that you have the right to put your clients' and team members' information into GreenPrint, and to have GreenPrint contact them for your business (for example, emailing quotes, invoices, appointment reminders and team invites). You will use GreenPrint in line with the laws that apply to your business, including laws about employment, taxes, communications with consumers and privacy.

6. Acceptable use

You and your team will not use GreenPrint to:

  • break any law or anyone else's rights;
  • send spam or messages to people who did not ask to hear from your business;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code;
  • try to reach another business's data, get around security or access limits, or test our security without our written permission;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer GreenPrint, or use it to build a competing product; or
  • deliberately overload or disrupt GreenPrint.

We may suspend access that puts GreenPrint, other businesses or the public at risk. If we do, we will tell you why unless the law doesn't allow it.

7. Check the numbers

GreenPrint helps you keep records, calculate totals and sales tax, track hours and produce reports. It is not a substitute for an accountant, tax preparer, payroll provider or lawyer. Review the figures before you rely on them for taxes, payroll or legal filings, and keep your own copies of any records the law requires you to keep (you can download reports and team hours from GreenPrint).

8. Feedback

We welcome bug reports, ideas and suggestions. You give us permission to use any feedback you or your team send to improve GreenPrint, without any obligation to you. We will not publicly name your business or share your data in connection with your feedback without your permission.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the pilot. Your data is your confidential information. Unreleased features, plans and pricing we share with you are ours. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, that the other party already knew or developed independently, or that must be disclosed by law (in which case the disclosing party will give notice when the law allows).

10. Ending the pilot

You can stop using GreenPrint and end the pilot at any time by emailing us. We can end the pilot by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email, or immediately if you seriously break this agreement or if continuing would put GreenPrint, other businesses or the public at risk.

For 30 days after the pilot ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and we will provide it in a common format (such as CSV files and your original uploaded files). After that, we delete your data from GreenPrint within 60 days. Copies in our backups expire on their own, usually within a month after that.

Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after the pilot ends.

11. No warranty

THE PILOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE WORK HARD TO KEEP GREENPRINT RUNNING AND YOUR DATA SAFE, BUT WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limits on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) NEITHER OF US IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, EVEN IF WARNED THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PILOT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Changes to this agreement

If we change this agreement, we will show you the new version in GreenPrint, and you will be asked to read and agree to it before you continue. If you don't agree, you can end the pilot and get a copy of your data as described in section 10.

14. General terms

  • The laws of the State of North Carolina govern this agreement, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and each of us agrees to those courts' jurisdiction.
  • This agreement and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the pilot and replace any earlier discussions about it. If we both sign a separate written agreement about the pilot, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this one.
  • Neither of us may transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except that we may transfer it to an affiliate or to a successor that continues to provide GreenPrint (for example, if GreenPrint is renamed or moves to a related company). We will tell you if that happens.
  • If any part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part of this agreement is not a waiver of it.
  • Selecting "I agree" is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper.
  • Notices to you go to the email address of your business's owner account. Notices to us go to jon@e11evenanalytics.com.
